Chartered on 27th June, 1981. We continue to make a difference in our community and enjoy an atmosphere of fun and friendship.
Message from the President - Bryen Smith
Kiwanis Newcastle has been serving the community since 1981. Most of our membership have been with us for many years. New members are very welcome. Our fundraising comes from Christmas tree sales, Bunnings BBQ's and the recycling of bottles and cans. We are involved with hands on projects including: The Terrific Kids program with local public schools; assisting HeartKids with their annual walk; Special Olympics events and Mother's day flowers to residents in aged care facilities. Our Aktion club members are local people with an intellectual disability
